ITINERARY
Day 01: Hanoi – Hoa Lu ancient Capital -Trang An grottos – Bichdong Pagoda
Welcome at your hotel lobby in Hanoi Old Quarter. After one hour sitting in bus to Ninh Binh province, you have a short-break in 20 minute.
The very first meaningful stop-over in our itinerary is Hoa Lu, the capital of Vietnam from 968 until 1010. Hoa Lu Ancient Capital is specially the national-level important cultural-historical relics. Hoa Lu Ancient Capital used to be a firm military stronghold of 3 consecutive dynasties in Vietnam history: Dinh Dynasty, Early Le Dynasty, and Ly Dynasty. The Imperial place lays under the ground for 3m and now become a very interesting place to visit. You will have the chance to see the old items used by the royal family in ancient time.
The other popular attraction to visit in Ninh Binh are the Trang An Grottoes ( the Wolrd Natural Heritage site). The grottoes consists of a handful of caves and rocks towering out from a large network of canals and lakes. Enjoy a boat trip to visit cave complex: Sang Cave, Toi Cave, Ba Giot Cave, Nau Ruou in mysteryand wildness, see scenery of mountain and rivers Halong Bay on land of NinhBinh. Next visit, our tour guide will show you the Kong: Skull Island filminglocation the aboriginal village (Skull Island Village) You can actually go inside each house and experience. Back to the Wharf and have lunch with localities goat meat dishes at local restaurant
Biking to Bich Dong pagoda, Bich Dong pagoda located in the Truong Yen range, looks on a valley of fertile rice fields, crossed by the Truong Giang River and leans on Bich Dong Mountain of Ngu Nhac Son Mountains. Bich Dong pagoda includes three temples: Ha temple, Trung temple and Thuong temple. Bich Dong pagoda’s architecture was based on Oriental style with main materials are wood and tiles. Bich Dong is surrounded by Hoang Long River, in which the surface is covered by green and unique pink of lotus. That sight makes you feel peaceful and relaxed.
Back to Hotel for check in,Dinner at hotel. Overnight in Ninh Binh.
Day 2: Mua Cave – Hanoi
Wake up and enjoy breakfast at hotel. After that, we will cycle around village to discovery the local life in the morning and to Mua cave stunning rice fields with buffalos, goats…along the road. Hang Mua is constructed following the model of “miniature Great Wall” in China with nearly 500 steps up to mountains to conquer. It is worth your conquering efforts for impressive panoramic view of Tam Coc, Trang An & Ninh Binh city when you reach the top point of Ngoa Long mountain.
Cycling back to bungalow, take part in cooking class of how to make some Vietnamese cuisine.Then,time for lunch at local restaurant. Check out & free at your own leisure
Return to Hanoi and drop you off at your hotel. Our guide will say goodbye to you. Tour ends.
